Previously, he was operations manager for Acme Visible Records of Crozet, VA; division industrial engineering manager for Stanadyne Diesel Systems of Washington, New Bern & Jacksonville, NC; engineering manager for South Bend Range Corporation of Fuquay-Varina, NC; and senior industrial engineer for Lufkin Rule Company of Apex, NC. He holds a BS in Engineering from NC State University, Raleigh, NC. Charles has significant training in TPM, QS, ISO, Lean, 5S, and Greenbelt certification in Lean Sigma.
