Mike G. Levy is a project manager
based in VPMEP’s Richmond office. He specializes in marketing services,
addressing client problems along the entire spectrum of marketing management
-- from market research to creative and promotional implementation.
He started in promotional marketing as PR Manager with Virginia Opera
and then Director of Marketing & Sales with TheatreVirginia, both
statewide entities that were capacity driven through effective, integrated
direct marketing. He then moved into corporate environments, serving
in the creative advertising departments of Circuit City and Heilig-Meyers
(at that time the largest furniture retailer in the U.S.). He then became
Vice President of Research with Aim Technologies, a market research
firm that tracked and measured merger and acquisition activity in private
industry. Most recently he served as a market research analyst with
a nationwide healthcare management company, where his primary duties
were data collection and competitive intelligence in support of business
development. His marketing experience spans both the analytical and
creative spectrums. He has a B.A. in English and M.S. in Marketing,
both from VCU.
