Bonnie Graminski is a project manager based at the
Winchester office. She brings over 25 years of manufacturing-related
experience and over 9 years of banking experience
in project management and leadership to her role as
project manager. Her broad range of manufacturing
expertise includes having led Lean Enterprise development
in strategy, training and implementation; managed
and led high-performance "World Class Teams,"
managed and led the production of high and low volume
assembly, machining and fabrication operations and
staff factory functions including finance, materials,
quality, engineering and training. Bonnie has previously
worked for Eaton Cutler-Hammer, Horseheads, NY;
International Truck and Engine Corporation,
Springfield, OH; SKF USA Incorporated, Glasgow, KY; Allied-Signal Incorporated, St. Joseph, MI; and Cummins
Engine Company in plants in Indiana, South Carolina
and New York. Her broad range of banking experience
includes managed branch accounting, managed branch
vault cash and managed the flow of cash between the
branch and the Federal Reserve. Bonnie graduated magna
cum laude from the University of Charleston, South
Carolina, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in
Business Administration.
