- Executive Overview White Belt
is a Lean Six Sigma introduction designed for all management levels.
This workshop usually occurs early in the deployment planning
cycle to accelerate the involvement of the executive team and
to rapidly reach key decisions.
- Champion Training Yellow
Belt provides key process managers with a working knowledge
of the Lean Six Sigma program, methodology and processes.
- Sponsor Training
provides senior leaders and project managers with an understanding
of the power of Lean Six Sigma, the requirements for sustainable
success and their critical role in the process. Sponsors must
select and mentor Six Sigma project leaders and support, align
and integrate the Six Sigma launch into their organization.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
is a two-week curriculum that prepares change agents to lead all
projects and/or enhance participation on Black Belt project teams.
The necessary tools, concepts and methods that will drive process
quality, reduce critical variation, reduce waste, improve cycle
times and optimize resources and process flow are taught for quick
and effective problem solving.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
is a four-week curriculum that gives Black Belts a deep understanding
of the Lean Six Sigma integrated toolbox and how and when to apply
Lean Six Sigma DMAIC concepts to maximize cost reductions and
improve customer environments.
- Master Black Belt
is a two-week curriculum that gives certified Six Sigma Black
Belts the knowledge to teach other Six Sigma facilitators the
methodologies, tools and applications in all functions and levels
of an organization.
